Metro Diner skips the cute and stays true to working-class roots.

The diner is back. This time it’s Metro Diner, born and bred in Jacksonville and now spread to 50 lucky neighborhoods. OK, half a fried chicken is $15 for a mountain on a single plate, but few complain about the deal.
